Choose a pallet jack.
Compare standard and narrow forks, then check your pallet and workspace.
Measure the pallet.
Then choose the truck.
“Standard”, “narrow” and “Euro pallet” are not fit guarantees. Check the actual openings from the side you intend to enter.
Standard

- Fork length
- 1,220 mm
- Outside fork width
- 685 mm
- Lowered height
- 85 mm
- Rated capacity
- 3,000 kg
Narrow

- Fork length
- 1,150 mm
- Outside fork width
- 550 mm
- Lowered height
- 85 mm
- Rated capacity
- 3,000 kg
These dimensions apply to the two models shown. Outside width means across both forks, not the width of one fork.
Look underneath.
- Entry clearance: enough height for lowered forks and wheels.
- Fork spacing: each fork must fit its opening.
- Fork length: support the load without fouling the pallet or projecting into an obstruction.
- Load: include the pallet’s own mass; keep the load stable and centred.
Fit the way you work.
Nylon or PU?
Compare the floor, joints, noise and load. Nylon suits many smooth-floor applications; PU can soften the ride. Confirm the selected model.
Distance & frequency
Allow space for the pallet, operator and turning. Frequent heavy loads or long routes may justify powered equipment.
Check another model
Low-profile, short-fork and high-lift versions solve different needs. A high-lift pallet truck is not automatically a pallet stacker.
Safe use and what to send us
Use the model’s operating instructions. Check the wheels, forks and hydraulic operation; keep people clear of the load. Do not ride the truck, lift people or assume it is suitable for ramps. Send pallet dimensions, entry/underside photos, loaded mass, floor conditions and travel distance.
